for a few months now.
However, I'm finding PMS cravings for carbs unmanageable. I've just gone back through my diary and between days 21-23 of my cycle I'm messing up my LC'ing because I'm giving in to these awful cravings.
They are very intense, worse than the first few days of LC'ing.
Has anyone found they're having cravings around PMS time? If so any suggestions how to manage it better please.
