Been LC'ing successfully

for a few months now.
However, I'm finding PMS cravings for carbs unmanageable. I've just gone back through my diary and between days 21-23 of my cycle I'm messing up my LC'ing because I'm giving in to these awful cravings.
They are very intense, worse than the first few days of LC'ing.

Has anyone found they're having cravings around PMS time? If so any suggestions how to manage it better please.

Dr Briffa recommends chromium and glutamine, I havent tried it myself though. :)

Thanks Tot. Now you mention it I think I've heard that about chromium previously...possibly from Dr B's book which I do have.
Will give them both a try.

Just a quick update in case it helps anyone else.
I've ordered the chromium and l-glutamine.
In the meantime I needed help today, so what I've done is eat a couple of snacks in addition to lunch and breakfast, and I've upped my fat today too. I don't restrict my fat intake anyway but today I've just had more than usual.
I'll update again in a couple of months when I've had chance to see how I get on with the supplements.
