Just wondering if anyone has any advice?
I've still got 4 stone to lose so it's not like I'm near the end. I've lost 1 stone 8 since the start of the last bootcamp but now I am rarely losing anything. I'm not finding the no carbs difficult but tend to have a few glasses of wine or g&t at the weekend. I have cut out yoghurt as I was having it almost daily for breakfast. I am still eating small amounts of cheese though, does this need to go too? :( Is there a number of carbs I should be aiming for? Should I count very carefully what I am eating for a while to make sure I'm not eating too much veg?
