just a quick question.id like to go low carb as im pre diabetic.i dont need to lose weight but need to avoid gaining too.ive googled till im blue in the face but still confused!
if not looking to lose weight what can i eat?
im aware of the obvious but can i eat unlimited fruit/veg?yoghurt,cheese?small amounts carbs like potatoes??
if anyone can point me in the right direction id be v.grateful!
