How quickly will I see results?

Just that really, I have a couple of stones to lose and have just started low carb. How fast should I expect to lose weight?

Depends on lots of factors. How low carb have you gone? I followed Bootcamp rules and started losing pounds within a day or two. Lost 2 stone in 10 weeks.

I can't comment on long term loss but I've been following Bootcamp rules (plus a little wine) for 2 weeks now and have lost 8 lbs. I am very pleased with this as am close to my goal weight and having lost a few stone last year with Weightwatchers thought I'd struggle to get that last bit off. Grin
I already love this woe - so easy to do (I eat out several times a week and have to cook for a family).

My weight loss has been more gradual, averaging about a pound or so a week, but I SAW pretty dramatic results very quickly (within a week) in fat loss especially around the middle. It's not unusual for low carbing fat loss to show before the scales catch up.
