So, having read a lot of these threads, I'm intrigued to start. I don't own scales, as I think (for me) it can get a bit obsessive, so am more concerned about fitting into my clothes than my actual weight, if that makes sense, the tum has got a bit out of control. I only check the weight at my parents, so at christmas was 12 and a bit, which is not good for 5 foot 6, although I know from experience that I look like a corpse if below 10, or so, helpfully, said my dad when I was a teenager...
However, I'm not giving up the white wine, but will minimise, and that seems to be not to bad an option. Tell me if my plan for the next two days is awful, and give me ideas for more meals please!
