Hello! Day 3 of low carbing - have been looking at the threads on here.

I've just eaten: A slice of ham, a pre-cooked salmon fillet, 2 babybels, about a table spoon of cottage cheese, a handful of grapes & cherries.

Does that sound ok? I know there is fruit but I don't know if I can cut out fruit!! Is it really important to cut it out?

I'm not a huuuge fan of eggs, which I can see making things a bit tricky for breakfast time.

Hi countess.

It is really important to cut out fruit yes. Fruit is full of sugar and if you eat it as well as high amounts of fat you will just gain weight.

When I was low carbing I used to eat the muffin in a mug using flax seed for breakfast. it was yummy! or is have smoked salmon and philly or parma ham and mozzarella. Good luck! x
