I have got a series of friends coming over in the coming weeks and I KNOW if I put out the usual crisps/breadsticks/cheesestraws and dips then I will not be able to resist temptation!
Doing some reading here are some alternatives I have found:
Edamame beans with sea salt & soy
Veg crudite & hummous (but watch the carrot?)
parmesan/cheddar "crisps"
Grilled halloumi
Meat Antipasti
Olives
Nuts
Is there anything else anyone can suggest so that I can bank lots of yummy ideas, please?
