I need to get a present for someone who is following a rigid low carb diet. Left it too late and have few options but one is borough market. Is there anything food related that would be a good present? Oils, nuts etc?

Thanks

How about some posh olive oil or balsamic vinegar or something? Or, does she like coffee? I would go for the lovely neals yard cheese place but don't think it fits with low carb!

Or if it does, go there and get cheese, they are fantastic.

You could get her some cured meat from Brindisa. Chocolate from the Chocolate shop on Stoney Street. Coffee from Monmouth. A selection of spices from the Indian spice shop - Spice mountain - they have some nice presentation boxes too. Or Mexican spices from Cool Chili Company. Tequila? Champagne?

I would love to get some nice cheeses, cured meats, nuts, spices or oil as a present. Someone actually gave me some organic duck fat and 99% chocolate, which I personally loved too. :)

Not balsamic vinegar, as it's too carby. And not chocolate either.

But definitely some lovely olive oil, or cheese.
