After trying the 5:2 diet for a month or so and growing bored of the food on fast days, i've now been looking at other possible weight loss ideas and came across bootcamp. I am about 5'7in and need to lose about a 1.5 stone if not more :-( Question, can i add my name to the bootcamp spreadsheet at any time or do i wait until the next bootcamp starts? I might start the 2 week bootcamp today and see how i get on but just wondered if/when i can use the spreadsheet...... Would also be good ot know if there is a general area to chat about the day to day bootcamp for advice etc? Thanks in advance!!
