I am on less than 20g carbs a day and really don't want to ruin everything over one night.

Any suggestions?

It's the rice / naan bread that will scupper your plans so avoid them. Go for veggies, not saag aloo though and chicken shashlik kebabs would be good.

Chicken tikka- the dry starter, not the curry and saag paneer?

LittleEsme · 25/06/2013 14:02

Why no Saag out of interest? It's my fav dish...

I think Helpyourself meant that you could eat saag paneer, but the 'not' was referring only to chicken curry! ("Chicken tikka - the dry starter, not the curry, and saag paneer" - a missing comma makes all the difference!

MyBloominMarvellous - anything tikka/tandoori, and cauliflower, mushroom or spinach are good low carb curries

BIWI · 25/06/2013 15:24

Sometimes they do a tandoori mixed grill, which is all meats - may come with a salad - and that can be a good option

Yes biwi Grin
It should have read 'Chicken tikka (the dry starter, not the curry) and saag paneer?
