We had smoked mackerel pâté on toast. I made the pâté from skinless smoked mackerel fillets, melted butter, cream cheese, lemon juice and black pepper.

I'll start! I had four scrambled eggs that I cooked in ghee (grass fed) and some berries.

That pate sounds delicious! Wonder if my kids would eat it, they are anti pate but like smoked fish. I’d love it.
