Here we are in Week 6
Hopefully you’ll have got beyond the doldrums but if you haven’t, or if you have had some slippage, there is still time to re-focus and see some results. Maybe think about going back on to strict Boot Camp if you feel that you’ve allowed yourself to relax a bit too much.
Sorry I wasn’t around so much last week: we’re off a week on Thursday and we’ve been trying to catch up on things before we go. That’s also meant a little bit of lack of focus on my part
so I too will be re-focussing

Ds’ birthday is on Wednesday and I have to make him a “Back to the Future” cake
as his gf is doing him a whole “Back to the Future” Day finishing with a marathon viewing of the 3 movies.
