Carb counter apps

Please could anybody recommend me an app to count my carbs? I’m using my fitness pal but it’s giving me high carb goals along with high protein ones that I’ll never meet. I’m on day 1 of reducing carbs and aiming for 125g of carbs per day. Thank you.

Try Cronometer. The free version offers enough for carb counting, and you can set the macro limits yourself.
It is interesting because it gives you a micronutrient breakdown, so you can also track you are getting enough of specific vitamins and minerals etc.

Good luck.

Nutracheck is great. You can set your own personalised targets for calories, protein, carbs, etc.
