This one will be a short, sharp Bootcamp, lasting just for January.

Allowing for the last of the holiday, we'll start on 2 January - or 3 January if you're in Scotland as you have an extra bank holiday!

The usual Bootcamp rules apply, i.e. you can move on to Bootcamp Light after the first two weeks if you wish - but this time, no alcohol for the duration.

can I please join with two caveats? I’m off work until 6 January and have stuff planned I can’t get out of, so will be starting late, and I don’t own scales/ever weigh myself because I can get horribly obsessive about it. I’ve gone from a 10/12 to a solid 12 (thanks perimenopause) so will be going by my clothes.

Definitely needed! I wanted to join the October Boot Camp but was on holiday for a chunk of it and decided to wait. Followed the plan when I got back, lost 5lbs and felt great. Then I opened the mince pies and it’s all gone to pot! Feel rubbish again and all the weight has gone back on 🙁
