Morning all, very excited to report 1.4lb off which takes me to my lowest weight of this year AND last year!!! Just over 12lb off since Jan 1 which, considering my underactive thyroid makes it really hard to lose, is nothing short of a miracle. I've just kept going day after day and am thrilled that it's finally paying off. I've got a long way to go but today, for the first time, it feels like it might just be possible for me to do this. Thank you to everyone on this thread for posting, letting me waffle and generally keeping me on track.

STS this week which I'm absolutely gobsmacked by - two office days, one work event where everything served for lunch or dinner was carby plus dad in hospital for the weekend meant that some food options were "least worst" choices, keeping on top of water and off alcohol seems to have carried me through!!!! 4 weeks left to get to my goal of 11st which will be tough but going to be trying my hardest!!!! We fly to Hannover for DD's 18th on the 3rd April so would love to have hit my target by then............
V jealous of those jetting off to warmer climes this week - had to scrape ice off the car for the last 3 mornings, hope you all have lovely times!!!
