Quite new to low carb and the reading material here is great.
So... is the idea that I shouldn't worry about portion size?
I had some bought pasta sauce today because I was tired and rushed which I know was an error and will have put my carbs up. That I can easily address. But I'm also concerned about how much fat I had.
