I’ll start: cold chickpeas straight from the can with chicken salt on them

Chickpeas are 61g/100!

That's not low carb!

Several spoonfuls of Greek yogurt or peanut butter....!

TinySongstress · 03/05/2021 07:37

Mini cocktail sausages with a few cubes of crumbly cheese and a few salted nuts.

A Kvarg yogurt.
Sugar free jelly & cream.
A few red berries.

Why do you need to eat in the middle of the night?

BewareTheBeardedDragon · 04/05/2021 08:11

As pp, my immediate thought is why? Eating at midnight is not healthy.

BIWI · 04/05/2021 22:26

If you're low carbing properly (which you aren't if you're eating chickpeas!) then you won't be hungry so won't need a snack. At any time of the day!

ChristonaMoped · 06/05/2021 17:41

You don't need to fast to lose weight.

OP - I have

  • tuna and mayo
  • carrot and keto humous
  • cold hard boiled eggs
  • Yoghurt (as mentioned already)

And water, lots and lots of water.
