I have been doing keto and lost some weight but the truth is I don't feel amazing plus started to lose hair .i have decided after reading up on low carb and how I don't have to be strictly under 20g to be losing I will up my carb intake to 30-50 a day but want to use my allowance wisely. I'm thinking of introducing some pulses to my dies eg lentil, beans.
Is this a good idea or would there be a better option?
Also anyone else who has moved from keto to low carb and was subsequently happy with choice?

Since you're posting this oin the Low-Carb Bootcamp topic, I'll advise you to go to the thread for the current week of the Boot Camp (I think we're on Week 4 but not sure Blush). In the OP, there is a link to the "Spreadsheet of Fabulousness" in which you will find "The Rules" (you can also find them in the Week 1 thread and there is also a pinned thread in the topic with the Rules).

Unless you're veggie, no beans or pulses. The "extra" carbs over Keto (not that we actually count carbs on this Way of Eating Wink) come from the FLGV we are encouraged to eat (Fuck Load of Green Veg) Grin My personal favourite is brussel sprouts microwaved in butter Smile

NB: this is a High Fat Low Carb Way of Eating; it works by addressing insulin resistance (as I understand it) and by allowing your body to use fat for energy, rather than storing it (as such is similar to Keto) but you are satiated by the protein and fat you are eating, so will naturally reduce the calories you consume.
