Any low carb weekly groups (like Weightwatchers, LighterLife etc)?

Would welcome the opportunity to meet weekly with fellow low carbers, weekly way ins etc . (Rather than online support, apps).

In London, if that makes a difference

The only ones I've ever heard of are attached to GP surgeries but I think they're few and far between.

That's a shame, @Rayna37 - especially given that low carb is medically proven to put diabetes (type 2) into remission

No money in it you see; the other groups keep you coming back and have lots of fake food to sell you!

I guess Sad

The Harcombe Diet had some groups I think?

Kick Start Fat Loss has groups, on line and in person. It's paleo so not strictly low carb although the usual carby suspects are banned. I did a lower carb version of it though, just eliminated the things that did not fit with low carb and that was fine.
