I started being quite strict but today ate dark chocolate freely (a lot!) and had additional ++veggies and I feel differently to as I did for the past few days, whereby I guess I had been quite low carb, not 20 g but prob about 40 (which is v low for me). Sigh. It’s s challenge - my work do also I said no dessert and everyone has said that I would be the only one not having one, grrr. I don’t like cutting veggies down too much but I really want to stay in Ketosis for my severe pmt to just see if it helps.
So after my moan about the challenges, a question, how do you get yourself back on track?
I also wanted to ask if anyone else has seen benefits for severe pmt -looking for motivation here!
