First im sorry i know this is a how lobg is a piece of string type of question but... im going on holiday in 5 weeks and im just curious as a motivation and expectations thing from your own experiences.
Im 5ft2 and i weigh 13st 4lb. Im not very active, walk 30 to 60 mins a day and do a sedentary job.
Doing atkins low carb. Will be eating:
B: 3 eggs fried or omelette
L: avocado salad with tinned fish or cheese
D: fish and broccolo, cabbage, mushrooms.
Snack: extra mature cheddar, 1 tbsp nut butter or 7 nuts.
Thinking of doing 30 day shred.
Background is a diet heavy in sugar and carbs. Havent dieted in many years. Age 28 and a woman.
