Low carb smoothie -is this low enough

Have just found a smoothie recipe with total carb content of 1.6g per serving. Is this low enough for Boot Camp Low Carbing?
Protein is 26.5g, Fat 3.25g, Fibre 1.10

I will try it out, & if tasty I will put in recipe thread, but want to be sure it is compliant first.
Thanks for any feedback.

What's the recipe?

Sounds low in carbs, but it's also low in fat which isn't great. When were you thinking of using these?

Also - what are the ingredients? Don't forget that on Bootcamp we're trying to avoid artificial ingredients and processed foods.

Hi,
Almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, flax seed, protein powder, artificial sweetener (I use stevia)

If you're in the first two weeks of Bootcamp you shouldn't be using it, because it has artificial sweeteners in it.

When were you going to use this, and why?

I just searched for high protein smoothie recipes I could make myself, rather than purchasing these (e.g., Slimfast) ALot of smoothie recipes are high in sugar, but I noticed this one was not, so queried whether it would truly qualify as low carb. Sounds like it is not ok for early boot camp, but maybe later?
Would be for a quick breakfast option.
