Lidl high protein, low carb bread roll.

Saw these in Lidl earlier amd was wondering what people think. Didn't buy one as really want to eat differently but wondered if in a while they might be ok once in a while? Each roll is 112g.

Lidl High Protein Rolls
Ingredients:
Water, Linseeds, Wheat Protein, Soya Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Sesame, Soybean Meal, Sunflower Seeds, Wheat Bran, Oat Fiber, Yeast, Salt, Colouring Spice Extracts (Curcuma).

Nutritional Information:

Typical Values per 100g:

Fat 13.4g (Of which saturates 0.4g)

Interesting! Are they sold in packs of 4 or 6? Where in the store did you find them - I've not seen them in my local place?

They're single rolls. In the fresh bakery section.

I've been having them and they are lovely! I find them quite big so I just have half at a time which is then only 4 carbs. Had half for lunch today with leftover roast chicken mixed with Mayo and chorizo. Was delish! I bought a load at the weekend and put them in the freezer.
