Started today. Read rules. No seeds no nuts no fruit etc.
B- decaf coffee with full fat milk
L- king prawns
T- lamb with veg
Does this sound ok ? I've bought lurpac butter is this ok ? Thank you in advance

Yeah sounds about right. I'm on day 17 of low carbing now

Weighed a few days ago and had lost 12lbs

I have cream in my coffee!

Low carb or Bootcamp? If the latter, you should be eating breakfast.

And why no veg or salad with your lunch? It's low carb not no carb!

D- salmon tomatoes spring greens
