I've been low carbing for about 5 - 6 weeks, been quite strict, only thing I've had is twice a day frothed milk in my coffee (I know!)
I've lost half a stone and felt great. Last couple of days however I've been a bit stressed (separating from husband) and had a few drinks - no mixers, just spirits on ice - and yesterday dd brought home chocolate from school trip, which I felt I had to eat as it was a gift from her.
Today I have a huge round football stomach! Why? is it just the chocolate?
I'll get back in the zone tomorrow but is there anything I can do now to get rid of it?
