Just completed a 3 day sugar detox.
no dairy, no grains etc. Feel quite good really but it's not sustainable so just wanted to pick your lovely low carbers brains really.
I would love to lose some more weight, about 8/9 pounds and generally maintain a sugar ban as I have quite a sweet tooth when I get going.
I am wheat intolerant so not particularly worried about the normal biscuits and pastry etc but I do normally use a fair bit of rice and free from pasta.
So what now? I need some ideas please
