DC's will be away for Easter Holiday What on Earth Will I do?

I am 35 wks pg with 5th and p recently left me saying he can no longer cope with my 4 dc's from ex h. Obviously he is a bastard and I am well rid - lots of postings on NPD thread,can't link - but we have been together 4 years and I entertained the fantasy that it cd all work out until very recently.Now on mat leave and all 4 dc's are going to their fathers for entire holiday. I have recently moved to this area,which is rural.I have no family.I have absolutely no idea what to do with myself.Heavily pg, grieving over lost relationship with evil bastard not a good starting point for making new friends,even if I cd walk much...Any advice?

Try asking your midwife about parentcraft/antenatal groups in your area. Even though you may not be able to attend all the sessions, I reckon getting out and about and meeting some other Mum's is a good enough reason to go!
