Sick child and access - what do you do?

Just had a bit of a rant in aibu....

calmed down a lot now, but was wondering what other lone parents do when a child is ill and it falls on access time?

I do just wonder what other people do though. He just bullys me and makes me wonder if im being nuts or not. I dont think i am, but do question myself sometimes.
