I really dislike New Years Day - anyone else?

It is the most dull boring day, especially when you are stuck in with no adult company.
I had a nice NYE with DP, but he has gone home now & NYD always seems such a come down. Am I just a miserable old bint or do others hate it too?!

My woe is me mum has been round this morning! She says dad will take her away next year. Think I am the bad girl for raising my voice on Christmas day!
