ratbunny-just wanted to add that I feel your pain. My ex has not paid maintenance this month as he is paying for his wedding!! Does he not realise that his children still need to eat, even if he is getting married. The knob!

could you not apply for CSA? I did immediately, despite the fact that ex tried (in vain) to persuade them that we had reached a private agreement for child support(we hadn't), then the CSA had to put an attachments of earnings order on his pay as he refused to pay anything.

ex, has started making anonymous phone calls, he calls and errr that's it. I know for a fact that it's him as today I called his mobile whilst I had a silent phone call, all the while listening to the phone and you know his mobile rang....he's such a twat. I think I'll speak to the police, it's not nice....
