He has them every other Sat, and once or twice a week at my place.

Any help would be greatfully received

around 20% of his income, aolthough less if he take them for length of time or over night

thanks,

it makes it more tricky as when he has them at

mine I don't see why he should get a

reduction as it doesn't cost him anything.

He only gets a reduction if he has them overnight. Assuming they don't stay overnight with him (as he see's them at your place) then there won't be any reduction.

Is that salary you quote his gross on net income? because currently CSA calculate on net income (after tax, pension contributions, NI and the like). To get the weekly amount to enter into the calculator simply divide his annual salary by 52 weeks. (ie £35,000 /52 = £673), but you need to use his net income.

Based on this figure, thre children with less than 52 overnights a year (ie 1 night a week on average) the calculator gives a weekly maintenance figure of approximately £168.00
