How long does CMS usually take to respond after applying?

CMS - how long to long to hear back after applying? I applied nearly 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received a reference number (so I can’t log on) and no updates. Is this normal?

Normal, takes ages and depends how much of an arse your ex is.

I know he won’t pay without the collect and pay option.

Could take several weeks then and involve multiple calls to force them to actually due some due diligence abs check tax records etc as no doubt he’ll give them the run around
