I posted a while back about being scared of court and Cafcass. Well we are getting through it positive steps have been reached but my ex is still trying to control me through court system and contest absolutely everything
So in a nutshell I have a non molestation and occupation order against him, both with arrest powers.
He is currently on bail for breaching the non molestation pending investigation
First CAO hearing was last week he agrees to let child live with me but doesn't agree to the section 7 report of no direct contact he wants unsupervised contact so back to court we go not until October!
Meanwhile divorce is almost done however I can't apply for final order as he refuses too submit his financials to my solicitor. So going to have to take him to court over that
Wont agree to double barrel child's name
Wont pick up his belongings from house even though been a year says he knows I'm relocating so waiting to see if he can have tenancy so I have to put up with his rubbish
He hasn't asked once in the hearings we have had which now total 5 how our child is
Oh and he hasn't submitted anything the court ask of him ie GP report, statements , response to recommendations as to why he doesn't agree with them and what he proposes and the court let's him get away with it every time it's so frustrating
Anyway rant over sorry
