I’m a single parent, lost my mum last year my rock,my relationship ended 2 weeks after mum passed, anyway my oldest child is 16 no problem, my middle child has ADHD and Autism, my 14 month old cries morning to night, it’s getting worse , I feel at breaking point.

This sounds really hard. I’m sorry for your losses.
Can you reach out to your health visitor and local mum’s groups? It sounds like you need someone in your corner locally, and HV may be able to support with the toddler’s crying- to see if there is a cause that can be addressed but also to support you.
