hi i have 2 kids,.. one disabled and my ex just lost his job and his no longer paying a dime... long story short his never once payed for clubs uniform does the minium but without this money i cannot afford the month... whats my options or am i fucked until he works... i cant work as our child basically lives in hospital not that he ever goes there once while giving my other son a healthy as normal as i can life please help

If he was a good man and parent, since he is not working, he would now be the primary carer while you went back to work.

Plainly, he's not a particularly good man/parent, and OP would be mad to give up primary carer status (and therefore the child benefit, and possibly universal credits?)

This is horrendous advice considering the OP has said how useless a parent he is doing the bare minimum. Yeah, just offer up your kids full time.

Yes you will get nothing I have 4 kids 2 with disabilities 1 severe so I can’t work and I have not had a single penny off ex in 6 years as he doesn’t work!

I'm not getting a penny from him now
Although he's boasted about the payout he got (not redundancy, pushed out to avoid a scandal )
He also got far too much from me in the divorce and he's renting out his house
But apparently none of that matters

You basically have to pretend he doesn't exist financially now.
