Change in 10year old’s behaviour - how to help?

My ten year old has just returned from a week away when she was with other family members (my ex) but without me.

In the space of a week, she’s become v anxious and easily upset - she needs lots of reassurance about things about which she was previously relaxed, she needs to check all details about things, even days in advance
Eg is an alarm set for tomorrow?- can I see? Did you book seats on the train ?- can I see? what are the seat numbers? Etc etc
And it’s not in a confident, interested way - it’s in a very anxious and worried way.

It’s a change in behaviour that I don’t understand and it’s worrying that she’s so anxious and easily upset. Can anyone explain? Is there anything I can do to help her? Has something happened while she was away? (She won’t talk about the week away). Is she sad to be home? Should I be worried about this? (I guess I’m worried about how her dad treats her…)

How was her dad when you were with him? How did he treat you?
