Maintenance reduction - it’s the principle right?

Ex is a prick - don’t think about him unless one of his earning emails come up. Abusive relationship, separated long time ago. He remarried and bought a house last year moving miles away. His office is near where he lived and near the D.C. school.

Has the D.C. EOW.

Hes applied to reduce the maintenance (he’s underpaid for two years) to cover the cost of his season ticket when he has to bring them to school in contact days anyway. To drive works out roughly £6 each way.

Maintenance was increased once The csa were informed of his actual earnings and I wrote to them with the correct number of nights. Many many less that he informed them of, I should have checked yes yes I know.

He contributes fuck all and has never taken them for any sort of check up, I do EVERYTHING including parents everyone.

wtaf?!

It's so shit isn't it.
I've worked out what I get from my child's dad is about enough to cover her school dinners.
I do everything too.
But he hates me and won't talk to me.
I'm so exhausted to be honest

Yes that is where we are heading because he has decided to make some savings due to his lifestyle choices, hmmmm where can I do that, oh yes my children’s food and clothing!

He will do anything to disrupt my life of course, yawn, it’s so boring and predictable as he’s tried to get out of paying full maintenance in any way possible.

Tribunal service here we come, another biased, misogynist judge. Can’t wait! 😡

I mean if you decide to move a million miles away to suit a new lifestyle with no consideration to the children and dump everything on the other parent and then expect the children to fund said new mortgage and lifestyle because you can’t afford the new lifestyle. Tough shit, give up the gym membership and fancy new car then.

but early for so much energetics 😁🙄

@purpleme12 whats your exs excuse for his refusal to support his D.C.?
