Hello,
I have a court order that states Father picks up children for contact.
my children are 13 and 14.
My 14 year come back from his last contact and said "oh next time we are going to dads, dads not picking us up, hes off out for the day, Sarahs (fathers partner) is but its ok cause we are staying at grandparents and dad picking us up the next day."

He said it in a way as more as telling me rather than letting me know. i said ok, but before i could say anything else he then said im not talking about it.

I have a strong feeling that the children were told this is what is happening but mums not going to be happy about it.
The children like sleepover at their grandparents house and when father picks them up on fridays they do normally sleepover at grandparents.

I havent heard anything from their father so i feel like i should text him and say i know hes not picking them up and would perfer to be said by him than my 14 year old.
i like sticking by the rules and him not picking them up is not part of the order.

If i dont say anything i feel like i accept the situation and i do have a problem as i would like to know whats going on by their father.

They are 13 and 14 no I wouldn’t, surely at that age they can arrange contact themselves? I don’t see the problem?
