Anyone else's child really annoyed them today?

Just as the title says, Every. Little. Thing today has felt like nails on a chalkboard.

I feel like this every day!

Yup. Lone parent with annoying child here. He's ten and I thought he would be more mature by now. In my face literally a few times today and every day, demanding and dour. Nice at times but the annoying bits make me want to withdraw, which is a normal response.
Hard, hard, too hard sometimes.
