CMS - investigating undeclared income

CMS – Do you have any experience of getting CMS to investigate the ‘paying parent’ for undeclared income? For example:

  1. getting help from NASCSA (www.nacsa.co.uk/), solicitors or other organisations?
  2. appealing the CMS decision and attending a tribunal?
  3. do you know if the campaign #FixTheCMS has made any progress with this issue? Please do share your experiences.

Hi Banyan I know this is few years down the lane so I am hoping you succeded in the end and any tips or insight very welcome - my case was referred to the CMS FIU but no idea yet if they will take it up or not and if they will how useful this will be -
