Sick children and contact

Just a rant. Nrp was delayed at work last night so contact moved to this morning for the weekend

Just as dd got in the car she was sick and wanted to stay home.

I of course agreed. She has no room bed or belonging at nrp place. She should be home

Typically there was lots I wanted to get done this weekend. And had plans tonight.

I can't rant at anyone so venting here.

Vent away - although I would be concerned she has no bed at NRPs and he has overnight contact - where does she sleep when at his? Why hasn't he bought her clothes or toys for his place? I've seen on another post a poster say before now "it isn't a weekend trip to grannies, he should be providing all the child needs when staying with him".
I do hope your DD feels better soon - Mummy's are always the best when a child is poorly xx

Thank you for your reply. She is much better.

Unfortunately the children are very much just visitors at nrp. So sleeps on put you up bed. It's not ideal at all but not the end of the world. It's on him. He either wants them to feel welcome and part of family life there. Or he doesn't. 🤷‍♀️.
