Sibling disputes really getting to me

I have a ds 11 and dd 10. As with most children, they are generally lovely, but my ds loses his temper quickly and sometimes resorts to either passive aggressive measures of hiding or messing stuff up of his sister or just agressive of hitting (not hard or sustained but enough) to get his way. My dd doesnt always tell me immediately about these instances as they happen but will wait until later and then scream and shout at me about how awful everthing is. She is a very vocal child and i have difficulty with her because in general she is lovely but does have a tendency to 'go on'...and on and on. All three of us have our faults; but whenever i try and address ds anger he gets upset and says he has a dark side and he is not a nice person, so i feel bad that he feels like that ( i still remove privileges) so i tell him he is a nice boy but he needs to regulate his temper better. I dont know what to do as it is a bad patch at the moment and their constant bickering/screaming at me is getting me down.
