Divorce in Scotland

Just a quick one. Is it true that in Scotland you can now get divorced after only two years whatever the circumstances. I thought you could withold permission until five year point.

I think two years is correct, you need to have some sort of proof of seperation. I suppose that might include single parent benefits.
