Child arrangements - whats reasonable?

Similiar post on another board.
Ive finally got the courage to go to mediation with stbexh.
Ds is 3, hes going to school next year.
Ex & i live 45 mins from each other.
Ds is at preschool tues, weds, fri by me & im hoping he will go to that school
I work mon- fri
Exh works fri-sun
What do people think is a fair split?
Currently i have ds tues, thurs, fri, sat,
Ex picks up ds sun night, has mon & weds
Lots of issues but i would like thoughts on fair split.

Its the lateness of pickups on sundays & he wont agree to an earlier pick up by me on thursdays.
When ds goes to school next year im not sure its fair to him to go to his dads at bedtime on sunday night. Also exh wont have decent time with him.
