What happens if CAFCASS are unable to contact ex before first hearing?
Will they still submit a report based on my interview and state they were unable to contact him or will he be given a time frame to respond and the hearing postponed?
Ex has made several untrue yet serious accusations regarding our DD's welfare and abuse from myself so I thought they would need to discuss his claims fully before contacting me to hear my side but my interview went ahead.
The hearing is only a few days away and I'm worried it's going to be postponed and the stress of whats to come dragged out further than needs be.
