Hi everyone!

I have a 3 year old and I'm 28 weeks pregnant soon to go on mat leave. For the first 16 weeks my employer contributes to my mat pay to meet my salary, after then I get stat mat pay. Can anyone advise how that effects UC? The job center said it should increase but I'm reading conflicting info online and I'm so concerned I'll be a single mum with £600 a month with for 2 children!!

My husband just left me out of the blue so never expected to be in this boat. Currently living with parents!

Also.... can anyone tell me what pay my 1st of March calculation will be based on? My end of jan wage or end of feb?
My end of jan had some back pay so looked too be a larger pay and will probably work out I don't get much so hoping for Feb 😬
