Can anyone help me get my son sleeping through?

my son is 10 months and still breastfed, not sleeping through, can put him down at 630pm and he is wide awake again by 9pm even if the room is silent! and am returning to study in 3 weeks! any tips? i need my bed back!

I would say that he isnt tired when you put him down and 6.30 is really early, at that age I would put my daughter to bed at around 8/9pm and she would sleep until 7am, also no stimulation around bedtime either, is his bedroom too light ?, maybe he needs blackout curtains to keep it dark.
