Ex has the dc today until 9pm. I have just received a call from DS1 that he placed the 7 year old on his 9 year old sister's lap and used one seat belt for them both. I don't know where they are going (out for the day) so can't go and fetch them. I'm beside myself. I don't know what to do. Cafcass have told me to not stop him having access or it will look bad for me in Family Court. This is the worst thing he has done.
He has form for using them to control me. This, I think, is to push Mei to allowing him to have access in my home and use my car. He deliberately sold his 7 seater and bought a smaller car.
