Single mom looking for companionship

I am 33 years old single mom to 8 years old son.

Recently, I started dating men as I desperately am looking for companionship and hoping I soon find it.

It is not an easy job to find a decent partner for a single mom with son. As most are just interested in casual flings.

I have even dated women and it is same.

It has become difficult to explain to my son why so many different men stay over.

Ok I'm going to wade in. Why are you letting random men stay over.

I have been single for nearly two years now. And I'm just thinking about dating again. It will be sometime before I feel comfortable having someone new be in my kids lives.

Your private life is that. You need to keep it separate from Your children until you know they will be a long term feature.

I do understand that isnt easy being a single parent. And wish you well in your search.

It really isn't good to have men around all the time when the children are there. At least see them when they aren't home, if possible.

Different uncle Freds around every five minutes is a bad role model.
