Cafcass telephone - they didn't call?

I was supposed to have a cafcass phone interview today, however the officer has not phoned and has not replied to my email. Should I be worried and what should I do?

I have family court next week.

Hi google the main number and give them a call. You’ll go through to the call centre and they’ll leave your officer a message. At least it will show you remembered even if they couldn’t call you for whatever reason. Good luck try not to worry too much x

It's just so worrying when the ex is so manipulative and plausible in his lies. I'm already worried he'll be "believed" more, then cafcass haven't even called me. Which isn't a great sign of things to come, is it. 😣

I had this though years ago . System was down so woman was unable to get my number to call . It wasn’t till evening she called. I was very nice about it . It helped her understand I am reasonable
